Silicone or latex team caps?
- Silicone caps are thicker, warmer and longer-lasting, with a smooth feel. They cost more up front but hold up longer over a season.
- Latex caps are thinner, lighter, more breathable and more affordable, but tear more easily and need replacing more often. They are not suitable for swimmers with latex allergies.
