Most team gear: suits, parkas, warm-ups, backpacks, gear bags, towels, caps and spirit wear. If your team wants it, ask your team rep.
Embroidery, screen printing or heat press: which should we choose?
Embroidery is best for parkas, jackets, bags and heavier fabrics. Screen printing is ideal for tees, hoodies and larger apparel orders. Heat press works best on suits, performance fabrics and swimmer names. Your rep will recommend the right method for each item.
Can you add swimmer names?
Yes. Names can be added to select items, such as backpacks, parkas, hoodies and caps. Families enter the name when they order from your team store.
How long does customization take?
Custom team items typically ship in 5–10 business days after the order is placed.
Can custom items be returned?
Because they are made for your team, custom items can't be returned. Your rep can help with sizing before you order.
