I am female and wear a size Womens 10 shoe. Last Kiefer fins I bought many years ago were size Men's 7-9. So, logically I purchased size Men's 7-9 again. Upon their arrival I could not even get my foot in them! Returned them and got Men's 9-11 and they fit perfectly. Lengthy process but in the end worked out.
