Build a stronger pull with the RISE Pulse Hand Paddles. Designed for all four strokes, they sharpen catch and technique across age-group, masters, high school, and collegiate training — with replacement latex tubing included so they're ready out of the box.

• Engineered for use in all four competitive strokes

• Fit guide: the tip of the index finger should sit about 1" below the tallest point of the paddle, with full wrist range of motion at the lowest point
• Consider downsizing for strokes other than freestyle or when a higher stroke rate is wanted
• Sizes: XSmall/Red (age groupers 8–12), Small/Green (age groupers 12+/beginning masters), Medium/Yellow (older high school males, Sr. National females, mid-level masters), Large/Blue (collegiate, Sr. National males)
