The box the flags arrived in was in questionable shape. One of the corners of the cardboard box was completely torn down the whole side, making it insecure. The taping and packaging (or lack of) of the product was completely unprofessional and not at all careful of how the product was in the box.
The product is great. Shipping was terrible.
